How will I receive my extended warranty certificate?
Can I leave a review without the special link?

Is there a time limit to leave a review and receive the extended warranty?
Yes, the review should be submitted within 60 days of installation to be eligible for the automatic extended warranty. If more time has passed, we’ll still do our best to help — reach out to our support team.
Does the extended warranty include labour coverage too?
No — the additional 6 months applies to parts coverage only. Your standard labour warranty remains at 5 years.
Can I transfer the extended warranty if I sell my home?
Yes, as long as the system stays at the original installation address. You’ll just need to notify us of the ownership transfer, and the extended warranty will carry over to the new homeowner.
Can I still claim the extended warranty if I lost my proof of purchase?
We always recommend keeping your invoice or receipt, but if you’ve misplaced it, our support team can often verify your purchase using the product serial number and installation records.
